Across the afternoon and evening, you’ll enjoy a seven-course seasonal tasting menu crafted entirely over live flames - showcasing premium local produce, bold smoke-kissed flavours, and the beauty of cooking with fire.
The experience begins with welcome champagne and canapés on the lawn, followed by a generous long-table feast with curated wine pairings and whisky pours. As the sun sets behind the hills, you’ll linger by the bonfire under the stars — with fire-inspired desserts and warming nightcaps in hand.

Yes we do! After you book, we’ll send out a short form where you can let us know any dietary needs. Our team can cater for most requirements — including vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options — and we’ll tailor our menu wherever possible.

If it rains, we do have a wet weather under-cover option which is just as beautiful as it overlooks the entire garden and the lake. We'll also have heaters and blankets to keep everyone cosy and warm.

Yes! Chef Nico will be present on the night, and part of what makes this dinner special is his connection to the table. He’ll share the inspiration behind the menu and be available to chat with guests.
