2024 Dining Events

We have 6 dining events planned across Winter and Spring 2024, with one dinner each month from the months of June to November. These series of dinners were inspired by the want to showcase the highlights of different regions in various states.

To achieve the desired atmosphere, each dinner is an intimate setting of 50 - 60 people, with meals prepared by some of Australia's top chefs.

At the dinner table, you will hear stories from farmers and producers, tips shared by winemakers, and old stories told by the occupiers of the places we visit.

In line with our core values, we are collaborating with several chefs to create menus that tell the stories of the places where our dinners are set.
