Indulge in an evening of la dolce vita at Rundle Mall’s stunning pop-up glass restaurant, Spheres. This exclusive event presents five sumptuous pasta courses curated by Melbourne’s master of pasta Andreas Papadakis (Tipo 00) and Anchovy Bandit’s boundary-pushing chef, Shane Wilson.
From champagne and canapés on arrival to sumptuous dessert, we’ll be elevating every velvety bite and each delicate, bold and robust flavour with perfectly paired South Australian premium wines.
Vino & Velluto is one of five one-of-a-kind dining events held over three days in the beautifully serene and intimate setting of Spheres’ glass-enclosed restaurant, set against the vibrant backdrop of Rundle Mall.
