Expect an unexpected convergence of old and new, with seasonal food curations paired with Sydney’s best sommelier selection of premium wines.

As you arrive at the iconic historic arches of Bay 21’s private foyer for a champagne reception, we’ll lead you on an hour-long journey into new gastronomic realms of wondrous whimsy with never-before-dreamed canapé selections.

Taking your seat at the long table then carries you into the soul-warming flavours and otherworldly creative twists, accompanied by a live pianist and NeverEnding surprises along the way.
